[Gear] Looking at buying my first burr grinder on a small budget, should I get the Hario Mini Mill?

I brew my coffee every morning with the clever coffee dripper, and am currently using the krups blade grinder since that is what is available to me at the moment. I've never owned a burr grinder, and I'm a beginner at this whole coffee thing. I've been researching and am considering getting the Hario Mini Mill.
