How long/how do you guys/gals like to go about ageing your coffee? I picked up a Nel on a trip to Blue Bottle in San Francisco a month ago and just brewed my first batch using some month old Rwandan (and it's brilliant)
But the Hario sheet that came with it recommends 1-3 weeks, i know those sheets are usually pretty general, but it got me wondering about the best way to go about it. I was under the impression that it was best from 3-4 weeks plus?
I'll certainly be saving 80-100g of coffee from every bag of filter I buy from now on, just wondering what's the best to do so.
