Hello Guys,
I have the opportunity to invest in a new small convenience store business with a partner. After crying out loud for years with my office buddies about the lack of coffee shops around, I though It'd be good for the store to serve fresh brewed coffee in the mornings Just plain brewed, not specialty or espresso drinks (think wawa)
I'm looking at what kind of equipment I'd need to brew between 100 and 200 cups each morning. It has do be something simple for anyone to operate/clean. So far I know I need a grinder, The coffee maker itself, some heaters and some self-service pots.
I've been looking around at BUNN here and the WAVE brewers seem to be what I'm after but the catalog is so large I need some help.
Can you recommend some models or otherwise info to narrow down my search. Also do you foresee any problems acquiring these equipment second-hand? Maybe some of you has worked with this kind of equipment?
The coffee does not have to be the very best, only delicious enough for the average person I guess that's more to do with the beans. but that's for another question ;)
Thanks.
