So, Ive been wanting to switch from pre-ground coffee to grinding it myself on the spot. I got an electric blade grinder from my mom, but now I hear you're a pleb for using one, because it destroys the oils inside.
What is more, even if I use 1,5 times the coffee I used to use, the taste is nowhere near as strong, even tho I had light roast even before. It's very pleasant, but not very strong!
So, am I destroying the oils with an electric grinder, and would I need to use more coffee?
