Your personal favorite blends? Must try coffee beans?

Hey there friends! First off I just want to thank all of you for this subreddit. You've all converted me from the uber wasteful Keurig and got me onboard with a baratza grinder as well as a hario v60 and french press.

So far I'm loving the coffee I'm brewing in the mornings. Still messing around to find my own mojo with the method side of things, however I thoroughly enjoy every minute of it.

I'm asking if you guys can help me out by listing some coffee bean recommendations? Maybe some beans that are must try, things that will help to develop my palette in terms or flavors that are WAY out there, or maybe just some of your personal favorites.

Lastly, I check the MOD sticky of "what are you brewing" as often as I can. I guess I'm just looking for more info than that post offers. Thank you kindly!
