As I am gearing up to open my shop. I was wondering what type of pour over methods I should most definitely have. I want to focus mainly on espresso and pour overs but just not sure what all to offer!
V60 or a Kalita Wave? should I offer French Press? Aeropress?
I know I am going to offer Chemex for sure, but not 100 on what else!
