Which one first?

I recently got two coffees sent to me (free of charge) from Kaldi's coffee in St. Louis (awesome place by the way). One is a Nicaragua Monte Azules Javanica (12 oz) and the other is a Colombia Caturra (8 oz). The Colombia cost more than the other. My question is: which do I use first? They both were roasted on 3 Aug. I want to savor this Colombian, but don't know if it will lose anything while I enjoy the Nicaraguan.
