I often times read about the different methods needed to prepare a certain pour over device. For example, I have read that for the Kone filter that you should pour slowly down the middle without moving at all. However, for the V60, you should pour in concentric circles all across the brew bed. My question is why is it not a good idea to pour directly down the center for the V60? Also, how is the Kone able to fully saturate the entire brew bed when you are only pouring down the middle of it? Thanks!
