Suggestions on making a small cup.

Ok so bear with me... Of all the brewing methods I have tried, I personally love the Chemex most. However, I can't seem to get a consistent cup when I make a small amount. See, I have a relatively sensitive stomach and a full mug of coffee is a bit much for me.

Does anyone have any suggestions for how to make a smaller cup with a similar taste and body as a Chemex. I have an aeropress and, while I do enjoy it sometimes, I really do prefer a pour over.

Thanks!
