When I brew a coffee I will sometimes infuse a bit of cocoa powder into the mix to give it a bitter chocolate undertone. I also do it because I've read that cocoa tends to be beneficial for your health.
I've also done mixes of tea and coffee in a french press type of brewer. Usually with a Spiced Chai to give the coffee a seasonal taste.
Does anyone else practice infusing?
