Im trying out the whole berry to bean process and just want to share my achievement of just hitting the halfway mark.

I have been thinking of planting a few coffee trees so friend gave me some berries to tryout to see what is involved.

I have already pulped, fermented and now drying them out so they are ready hulling then on to the last leg of the trip, roasting.

It's a interesting process and I just wanted to share
