Hi, I use a hario skerton hand grinder (its real, I've checked all possible avenues to prove it otherwise) and it is often taking well over 2-3 minutes to grind 13 or so grams of coffee. Is this normal? Will I have to tough it out for those 3 minutes of grinding? or is it a faulty product? Cheers.
