Hello, My Isomac Venus broke this morning. The knob that opens and shuts the steam wand no longer tightens; it spins like a worn out screw. After doing some research it appears my machine will need new o-rings, a new steam valve shaft and/or a new steam valve. Does anyone know of a trusty Canadian website I could order parts from? I'm not interested in ordering from the States because the duties and shipping cost will equal the cost of bringing the machine to the shop for repairs. Thanks.
