I'm new to coffee and I just recently bought my aeropress! I've been using just caribou coffee beans (medium roast), and I've been drinking it black. I've been experimenting with temperatures and other variables when I made my cup and it tasted sweet, not bitter at all but sweet. Did I make it right? It tasted good to me!
