Coffee setup for a small lab group?

My PI wants to get us set up with all the accouterments that we need to work, and that includes, apparently, a coffee setup. I'm not complaining.

However, I'm the only one with any real coffee experience. The rest of the group would probably be happy with a Keurig. Since I'm in charge, that's not going to happen.

How can I strike a balance that everyone will enjoy, hitting both easy-to-use and producing excellent coffee? I've got iced coffee covered but need a good hot setup.
