Has anyone been to one of these (is anyone going)? Is it worth it? What are the key takeaways?
A bit of background - I’m currently writing up a business plan for a coffee shop, and while I know a ton about roasting and brewing coffee compared to the Mr-Coffee crowd, I still only consider myself a hobbyist. I’d like to have some level of expertise at this business I’m proposing. I’m just wondering if this part of that process or if I should be spending my time & money elsewhere. Thanks!
