Sorry if this is not the right place to post this, but I have no idea where else. :)
For those of you who get Dunkin Donuts Iced Coffees. You know that your success rate on getting a good one is maybe 55%, right? It's the pain we deal with.
Anyway.. I get mine regular (sugar and cream). I know when it is going to be a good one because the color is lighter and the cream isn't swirling around the coffee in visible white strips.
So.. when I get those bad iced coffees (they are darker.. the cream doesn't seem to mix quite as well).. what is the cause of that? Is that because the coffee is burned? Are they using bad/expired cream? Something else?
I would like to know because it drives me nuts. I have found a dunks that never has given me a bad iced coffee (30+ attempts now) and I want to enshrine them in some hall of fame.
TLDR: What is the reason some dunkin iced coffees come out terrible? usually darker in color. Is it bad cream? Burned coffee?
EDIT: I also want to know because if it is something I can make them fix, then it will save me a ton of headaches.
