Help with Gaggia Classic 2015: too much flow!

Hello everyone,

I am a new owner of the Gaggia Classic 2015, and so far I am not really happy with it.

My problem is that the flow is way too fast, no matter how fine I grind the beans (I have a Graef cm702 grinder). The very best result I could get was 18 seconds to pull an espresso...taste was ok, but honestly I was expecting a lot more. I have also noticed that after the coffee has been pulled, there's a lot of water in the portafilter. I am using the double basket. The used powder form is extremely moist and far from being nicely dry like it should be.

Can anyone help?

Thanks a lot!
