baristas / shop owners: how are you filtering cold brew?

I've been using the commercial toddy with a semi coarse grind but still getting a ton of fines / sludge at the bottom. I've used multiple grinders to see if I can reduce the fines but its all the same.

I just bought some 100 micron bags to filter AFTER the 2 toddy filters, hopefully that helps. paper filters for my fetco seem to get clogged way too quick.

anyone using a good filter to really clean out your cold brew?
