I recently picked up a Vario and the quality of my shots on the Silvia have been getting better by the day.
One question, however. I seem to be getting pretty good shots in the 25 second range or so, but the first drop is coming out pretty quickly, only after a few seconds. I worry if I grind finer, the shot will push towards the 30+ second range. Any advice on how to move that first drop back a few seconds? Would it be a higher dose?
