Local shop is taking the next step and is considering me for first salaried position - what should I aim for?

I've never had a salaried position before, and neither has the shop I'm working at. It'll be a shop manager / trainer position that will likely turn into opening a second shop in the next two years. Anyone have advice with turning a part time barista job into a sustainable career as I consider moving into this position?
