Found a Bodum Pebo 34 Oz. at sort of a dumpy Human Society thrift store for $30. and passed it up. That's one of the very few brewing methods I haven't tried, but if I were to buy one I don't think I would want to go with Bodum.
I knew they were expensive but I didn't realize it was nearly impossible to find them for under $70. Eventually, I'd still like to get a siphon, but what brands would you guys recommend? Or would you recommend just skipping it as a household method altogether?
