For the past two years, I was using a Virtuoso for my pour-over grinder and recently picked up a Vario to help improve my espresso.
My question is now that I have both a Vario and Virtuoso, is it worth getting rid of the Virtuoso? Is it hard to go back and forth between espresso and pour-over on the Vario? Does it mean you have to dial it in again every time you switch?
In my head, I feel like you can just knock the macro adjustment down a few notches and then back up to the finder macro for espresso, but I totally understand I could be mistaken. Any input would be helpful.
