Something I discovered while filtering French Press cold brew through a Chemex filter.

In an attempt to limit the sediment in my cold brew, I poured it over the Chemex filter. There was so much sediment in there that the drip slowed to an almost halt, and the filter was just about black afterwards. Just goes to show how much is in the French Press as opposed to other methods. I still love hot french press coffee, of course. Just something I'll keep in mind when offering others coffee.
