I'm trying to determine the optimal pourover method for making coffee for multiple people, like 5-8 cups of coffee.
With the Kalita server I currently have (the 500ml one) I'm limited to 3-4 moderate cups of coffee. Before I go spending money on a larger serving carafe, is there a limit of any kind on how much coffee you can make with a Kalita Wave, other than the size of the serving container?
The reason I ask is I've noticed with my Chemex that the quality of the brew deteriorates with larger amounts of coffee, so I wonder if the same applies to the Kalita.
Thanks!
