Hello there, I'm trying to improve by brewing technique with Hario V60 (02): Currently I'm trying to use the 'Doubleshot' technique described here: http://ift.tt/1r0oWbE. I'm using the Rhinowares hand grinder set to 4 clicks from completely tighten. However, I can't understand one thing. My brews are relatively fast (usually 2:00-2:15), but the taste is mainly very watery and unpleasant bitter. How can I reduce the bitterness? Am I grinding too fine? I guess I can't just simple stretch the brewing time by slower water pouring, because it would increase the bitterness even more. Thanks for any help!
