Need coffee driving from Los Angeles to Cedar Rapids, Iowa

I got excited when someone posted a similar thread from Buffalo to Indiana, then realized that's just the other half of the country. Literally nothing for me. Still a good idea I can steal though!!

So I'll be driving/ moving from Los Angeles to Cedar Rapids. The drive will take 2-3 days max, so I'll actually be limited in which places I can visit due to time constraints (not many places still open at 9PM).. My drive will go from LA, east, then up the 15 through Vegas, a second of Arizona, St George, further up until the 70. The 70 will take me through the rest of Utah, and I'll stay there through the rockies until Denver. Then 76 to the 80 alllllll the way to Cedar Rapids.

I wish my body could handle more coffee than it could. Just as I love trying new beers (also limited), I love trying new coffees and would make a TON of stops if I could physically handle it.

As far as preferences, I do love cold brew, but I do have a thermos for some delicious hot coffee on the road. Hot coffee might even be best, since cold brew goes down so much quicker.

Any suggestions are appreciated! I'm also driving with a friend and my two dogs, SO pup friendly places would be even better!

Thanks!
