iced coffee. For 1 cup (250ml water) i was told to put 60g of coffee then fridge for 12 hours. is this correct?

Hi guys, I wanted to make iced coffee.

I was told to use my small 2 cup french press. I only want ot make 1 cup and my friend told me For 1 cup (250ml water) i was told to put 60g of coffee then fridge for 12 hours. is this correct? Just seems like a lot of COFFEE grinds for 1 cup.

if it is correct do i cut this 50/50 with milk or something or do i drink it straight. if i drink it straight is it stronger than a regular cup or equal?

thanks
