How to make a DIY cold brew coffee

I plan to make a small business of cold brew coffee, I try some method to make it but it seems it didn't work out well. It left too many ground coffee and it didn't extracted very well. Do you guys have any tips of how to make a cold coffee brewer that can effectively extracted the ground coffee so it can be as thick as a syrup? Thankyou, my first post in this community tldr : I use coffee sumatra for my first try
