My coffee situation right now is usually Folgers Black Silk coffee or whatever dark/medium-dark roast coffee grounds are at the grocery store. I want to get into higher quality coffee, although to me the black silk isn't bad.
First off, should I buy a grinder and grind my own beans? I was thinking about getting a Hario Skerton since I saw it linked on here and is affordable. If I do get a grinder, is it better to buy beans online rather than at a grocery store?
Also, I like my coffee strong and I was thinking about getting a cold brew. I've seen the Toddy cold brew system and others in ~$30 price range. Any recommendations?
FYI my current setup is a Keurig K450, and I just use a reusable cup for it. I'm open to any advice on an affordable setup, but the Keurig machine is really convenient when I'm in a rush.
