So I was curious how many coffee shops here do regular cuppings and switch up their beans on, either a bi-weekly basis, or monthly basis? If your shop switches beans pretty often how do you promote the new beans? Do you keep more than a few types around for customers?
I recently went to a shop in upstate new York where they roasted their own beans, and also had about 20 variety's posted on the wall so people could but 1lb bags.
