I set my Capresso grinder to "5", which yields ~42g of medium-fine ground coffee.
I then press that through an Aeropress, and while the end result is strong (my preference), I realize that this is about 2.5x the recommended amount of coffee per press.
Am I wasting coffee? Is it better to do two Aeropresses of 20g each (into one cup)?
