Hey Guys,
I just wanted to share some success I have been having with ThriftyVac mason jar lids. I originally had the ziplock bag product they make but found it a little hard to get the seal to hold for long periods of time. When I saw he had mason jar lids I bought a pack and have been loving them. I painted all my mason jars with glass chalk board paint. This serves two purposes 1) Block light 2)Allows me to mark origin and roast date. Then I just dish out what I want put the lid back on, 5 or 6 pumps and you have a great air tight seal.
